All great scams are brought to the notice of the public only by the media LONG after it has happened and enough time has elapsed sufficient to take the loot and stash away in other countries in numbered accounts.Examples are many:Stamp paper racket, stock market scam, kerosene syphon,2G scam,kargil purchase, Bofors, bank loan fraud and so on.That shows that either the law enforcement vigilance is not effective or in collusion with the scamsters.A popular uprising is required like that of Cultural revolution of 1968 in China to destroy the scamsters. Nothing else can eradicate frauds, corruption, cheats, scams.
